Do not dwell in the PAST,do not dream of the FUTURE,concentrate the mind on the PRESENT MOMENT Pt.1

"Do not dwell in the past". That basically means your past is your past and its called your past for a reason, its behind you keep it there. Dwell means "to stay" if you were to describe its meaning, it means to stay in one place for a long period of time, if you stay in your past you wil have no great FUTURE, your past will be your past, present,and future if you dwell upon it(DID YOU HEAR THAT!!)your future you thought you were going to have will disappear, right out the window goes the dream you thought you would have but got nothing like it because you dwelled upon your past and you were dreaming of your future. So there is this, you can live like theres no tomorrow or you can live in yesterdays world....
